We're a publication, not a reader — we don't host chapters or downloads. When panels appear in our articles, they appear in limited form for commentary and criticism, credited to the rights holders, with a link to read the work at its source.
Comics discovery is broken in two directions: algorithmic feeds surface the same ten megahits, and "top 100" content farms rank titles nobody at the site has read. We're the alternative — a small editorial desk that reads everything it covers, says who each title is for (and not for), and keeps spoilers out of the verdict.
Official readership is the only signal publishers can act on. Licensing decisions, continuations, and print runs follow official numbers — so every reader we send to an official source is a vote for more of what they love. That's why every review ends with a "where to read" section and why we maintain a directory of official platforms.
Ratings are out of 10 and deliberately conservative. We label every review's spoiler level and hold ourselves to it. We separate "is this good" from "is this for you" — a 7 with the right reader is better than a 9 with the wrong one, which is why every review carries explicit best for / not for guidance. And we disclose anything that could color our judgment: affiliate links never affect a verdict, full stop. The details live in our editorial policy.
